Markets eye Fed rate cut as gold stays near all-time high

Gold costs rose on Friday, holding near document highs hit earlier this week, as indicators of a weakening U.S. labor market bolstered expectations the Federal Reserve will ship its first fee lower of the yr subsequent week.
