US President Donald Trump acknowledged that the present duties over Nvidia’s export cope with China solely cowl the older H20 chip, which he described as “primarily outdated.”

Chatting with the reporters on Monday (E.T), Trump added that he wouldn’t authorise exports of Nvidia’s newest Blackwell chip except its efficiency is considerably lowered by 30–50%. Moreover, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang is predicted to go to this week to debate the brand new chip, Blackwell.

Earlier, Nvidia Corp. and Superior Micro Gadgets Inc. have agreed to offer 15% of their Chinese language AI chip gross sales revenues to the US authorities.
